It’s one of the music events you won’t want to miss in the capital this spring! On Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th April 2024, Paris La Defense Arena will open its doors for Joe Hisaishi. This Japanese conductor, a genius composer, will perform his two symphonic concerts on the stage of Europe’s largest arena, conducting London’s Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, consisting of 250 musicians and choirs! Needless to say, the music on these two nights is sure to evoke emotion!
The prestigious Philharmonic Orchestra will perform a number of Joe Hisaishi’s famous pieces composed for the animated film directed by Hayao Miyazaki. Princess Mononoke” and My Neighbor Totoro,'' as well asCastle in the Sky” and “Chihiro’s Journey.” This Joe Hisaishi music experience spotlights the sublime music of 10 Studio Ghibli films directed by Hayao Miyazaki!
